Linda Eder (/ ˈ ɛ d ər /; born February 3, 1961) is an American singer and actress. She is most notable for having originated the role of Lucy Harris in the Broadway musical Jekyll & Hyde, for which she was nominated for the Drama Desk Award.

Mini Bio. Linda Eder was born in Tucson, Arizona on February 3, 1961 to Georg (from Austria) and Leila (from Norway). She grew up in Brainerd, Minnesota. When she was 16, she started her professional singing career, singing at Holiday Inns with a high school friend.
