7 de dic. de 2006 · The finale for Buffalo Springfield (Last Time Around) is an album that clearly shows the band coming apart, but is still a worthwhile purchase. The early departure of Neil Young took away stability, and it shows, as the middle of the album is filled with mediocre songs that are creatively inferior to their hits, ON THE WAY HOME, I AM A CHILD, and KIND WOMAN.

And because it’s also one of the most complex narratives of its kind, it’s taken over a half-century for all the details to emerge since the record’s original release in 1968.
