Kyuss fue un grupo estadounidense de stoner rock y heavy metal formado en 1987 en Palm Desert, California por Josh Homme (guitarra), John Garcia (voz), Brant Bjork (batería) y Chris Cockrell (bajo). Garcia, Bjork, Reeder, Homme. Kyuss is considered by many to be "the fathers of stoner rock." Started in 1987 as Katzenjammer, which later became Sons of Kyuss, a name taken from the game Dungeons & Dragons, under which they released an eponymous demo.
