The band first came together in 2002 with members Jennifer Nettles, Kristian Bush, and Kristen Hall, although Kristen left in 2006.

The duo recently announced a national tour along with Big Little Town, called the Take Me Home Tour, after the Phil Collins song they performed at the CMT Awards.
