Saleva'a Fuauli Atisano'e (born December 31, 1963), better known by his stage name, Konishiki Yasokichi (小錦八十吉, Konishiki Yasokichi), is an American-born Japanese former professional sumo wrestler. He was the first non-Japanese-born wrestler to reach ōzeki, the second-highest possible rank in the sport.

Konishiki Yasokichi I (小錦 八十吉, November 21, 1866 – October 22, 1914) was a Japanese professional sumo wrestler from Musha District, Kazusa Province. He was the sport's 17th yokozuna . Early life and career. His real name was Iwai Yasokichi (岩井 八十吉). He was the son of a former ōzeki named Iwajikawa (岩城川) who wanted his son to become a rikishi. [1] .
