He previously played for the South Sydney Rabbitohs, the New Zealand Warriors and the Brisbane Broncos in the NRL.

The 27-year-old Kiwi international, originally signed from the Brisbane Broncos midway through the 2019 season, had an option in his favour for next year.

The South Sydney Rabbitohs are delighted to announce the signing of experienced international Kodi Nikorima immediately for the remainder of the 2022 season, with a player option for season 2023. Nikorima has been released by the Warriors from the remainder of his playing contract so he can take up this opportunity with the Rabbitohs.
