About Klaus Weiss. German drummer Klaus Weiss appeared in groups with many American expatriates as well as leading his own bands in trio, quintet, sextet, and big-band settings from the '60s through the '90s. Influenced by such drummers as Big Sid Catlett and Buddy Rich, Weiss began playing professionally at age 16.

Sound Inventions is one of those library records with a hefty track list, 22 in total, but they’re all pretty stunning.
Sport Weiß wurde 1968 von Klaus Weiß gegründet. Damals wurde in provisorischen Räumen über der Schreinerwerkstatt des Vaters mit Skiverkauf angefangen. Bis heute wuchs das Unternehmen stetig an. Der erste große Neubau fand 1991 statt und die zweite große Erweiterung 1998. Seit dem Umbau.
29 de ene. de 2018 · Klaus Weiss (Feb. 17, 1942 — Dec. 10, 2008) was a German drummer and bandleader who first recorded with the Klaus Doldinger Quartett in the early 1960. In 1975, he issued a pair of jazz-funk albums on MPS. These releases were followed by a string of library recordings for Golden Ring Records during the late 1970s and early ’80s.
