King Crimson är ett brittiskt progressivt rockband bildat 1969 av gitarristen Robert Fripp [1] och trummisen Michael Giles ur spillrorna av bandet Giles, Giles & Fripp. Gruppen räknas ofta som en av de mest inflytelserika inom den progressiva rocken, och influerade både det tidiga Genesis och Yes.
