‘Kill It and Leave This Town’ (‘Zabij to i wyedz z tego miasta’) is een Poolse animatiefilm voor volwassenen. De maker ervan, Mariusz Wilczynski, werd in 1960 in Lódz geboren. De film is een ode aan zijn geboorteplaats uit zijn jeugdjaren én aan de mensen die hij heeft verloren: zijn ouders en een goede vriend.
Presentato alla Berlinale nella sezione 'Encounters', "Kill It and Leave This Town" racconta la storia di un uomo che, in fuga dalla disperazione dopo aver perso le persone più care, si nasconde in una terra dove il tempo si è fermato e tutte le persone a lui care sono vive.
