The line-up changed slightly over the course of the previous year: Steve Dullaghan was replaced on the bass guitar by Paul Sampson, who also shared the production duties with Wayne Morris.
The Primitives are a British indie pop band from Coventry, England, formed in 1985 by Keiron McDermott (vocals), PJ Court (real name Paul Jonathan Court, vocals, guitar), Steve Dullaghan (bass) and Pete Tweedie (drums). Keiron was soon replaced by Tracy Tracy (real name Tracy Cattell, born in Australia).
