Kathleen Wilhoite is an American stage and screen actress, and a singer/songwriter. She enrolled in the USC Drama School, and two months later she had landed her first movie role. As her acting career began to blossom, so did her enthusiasm as a songwriter.

She worked in many films and television shows, either in lead or in second lead roles, in the 1980s. Apart from being an actress, she is also a successful singer-songwriter.
