Das Köllnische Gymnasium war das erste Berliner Realgymnasium. Das Gebäude der Schule wurde 1868 in der Berliner Vorstadt Neu-Kölln Ecke Insel-/ Wallstraße nach Angaben des Stadtbaurats Adolf Gerstenberg vom Stadtbauinspektor Arnold Hanel errichtet. [1] .
