Announced in February as the incoming chair of the Jewish Federations of North America Board of Trustees, Platt was unanimously confirmed for the role last week.

The JFNA — representing 146 Jewish Federations and 300 independent Jewish communities across North America — announced on Feb. 15 that Platt would assume the leadership of the umbrella body that in 2019 raised $270 million.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Ms. Platt serves on the Board of Trustees as well as Penn Hillel’s National Board of Governors.
