Heralded as a return to form for Clapton, who had struggled with alcohol addiction and recently found sobriety, the album has a 1980s electronic sound, but it also includes blues songs like "Before You Accuse Me", "Running on Faith", and "Hard Times."

Another superb album from Eric. This album has a very "80"s commercial feel to it, but never the less the songs "No Alibis" and "Anything For Your Love" really does this album justice. So if one prefers something a little different from blues, then go and get this album - after all Clapton is God! Frank Lacava.
