Josie Cotton (born 1956) is an American singer and songwriter, best known for "Johnny Are You Queer?" and "He Could Be the One" from 1982. "Johnny Are You Queer?" was used on the soundtracks to Jackass Number Two and Valley Girl. "He Could Be the One" was also used in Valley Girl.

Josie Cotton. Actress: Nomads. Singer/songwriter Josie Cotton was born as Josie Jones in Dallas, Texas. She's the daughter of a prominent local family who made their fortune in cotton. Josie began her career singing with several local bands in Dallas' Deep Ellum neighborhood and moved to Los Angeles in the late 70s.
