John Alec Entwistle (Chiswick, [1] Londres, Inglaterra, 9 de octubre de 1944-Las Vegas, Nevada, Estados Unidos, 27 de junio de 2002) fue un músico, compositor y productor británico, más conocido por su trabajo como bajista del grupo británico de Rock The Who.
John Alec Entwistle (9 October 1944 – 27 June 2002) was an English musician who was the bassist for the rock band the Who. Entwistle's music career spanned over four decades. Nicknamed "The Ox" and "Thunderfingers", he was the band's only member with formal musical training and also provided backing and occasional lead vocals.
27 de jun. de 2022 · John Entwistle spent the evening of June 27, 2002 with friends, among them Alyeen Rose, an exotic dancer he knew from previous visits to Vegas. He took Rose to his room at the Hard Rock Hotel, where he did a line of coke and they had sex. Some time during that night, he had a heart attack and died in his sleep.
