Jim McLaughlin (born November 18, 1960) is an American volleyball coach. He was most recently the head coach of the women's volleyball team at Notre Dame. McLaughlin was selected to be inducted into AVCA Hall of Fame in 2021.

Jim McLaughlin, the only person to coach both a women’s and a men’s volleyball team to NCAA titles and a former women’s volleyball national coach of the year at the University of Washington, was named head volleyball coach at the University of Notre Dame January 17, 2015.

17 de ago. de 2021 · Jim McLaughlin coached USC men's volleyball to the 1990 NCAA title and a runner-up finish in 1991, and also led Washington women's volleyball to the 2005 NCAA championship. He is the only coach to win both men's and women's NCAA volleyball titles and will be inducted into the AVCA Hall of Fame in 2021.
