James Cregan (born 9 March 1946) is an English rock guitarist and bassist, best known for his associations with Family, Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel and Rod Stewart. Cregan is a former husband of the singer Linda Lewis and worked with her as a record producer.

About Jim Cregan. Jim’s early work with Blossom Toes, Family, Linda Lewis, Cat Stevens and Cockney Rebel eventually lead him to join the new band started by Rod Stewart, after the break-up of The Faces. Jim stayed for 18 years as his band-leader, co-writer and co-producer.
