Jhelum o Jehlum (urdu, panyabí جہلم) es una ciudad del Punyab (Pakistán) capital del distrito de Jhelum, en la orilla derecha del río Jhelum.
El río Jhelum es un afluente del río Chenab y tiene una longitud total de unos 725 kilómetros. Conoce también el imponente y de gran valor histórico Río Tigris. Desde 1960 las aguas del Jhelum están asignadas a Pakistán en virtud del Tratado de Aguas del Indo firmado ese año entre las partes.
