Jewellery Quarter is different. It's obvious that the band have written this as an album, rather than grafting together songs from their years together before they got signed; and it works. This album feels more mature with stronger arrangements and instrumentation, although it's not lost any of the boyish, cheeky attitude that got you hooked to so many of the songs from the first record.

26 de mar. de 2024 · Instead The Twang returned home to start from scratch and found a new practice space in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, for which they named their 2009 album. Toward the end of 2012, joined by guitarist and occasional filmmaker Jon “Simmo” Simcox, they released their third album 10:20 .
