20 de oct. de 2023 · Jessy Lanza is a Canadian artist from Hamilton, Ontario who has released her debut album Pull My Hair Back on Hyperdub in 2013. She studied jazz performance and piano for her bachelor's at Concordia University in Montreal. Despite her degree in jazz, Lanza's main loves are R&B, hip-hop and electronic music, which she discovered through her father.

Jessy Lanza is a producer, vocalist and DJ from Hamilton, Canada who currently lives in LA. She has released three studio albums; Pull My Hair Back, Oh No and All the time on London's respected Hyperdub label and in 2021 she released a DJ Kicks mix with K7. Her releases have been met with near universal praise and featured in The Guardian, New York Times, Pitchfork and more.
