Kevin Tyrone Eubanks (born November 15, 1957) is an American jazz and fusion guitarist and composer. He was the leader of The Tonight Show Band with host Jay Leno from 1995 to 2010. He also led the Primetime Band on the short-lived The Jay Leno Show .

Kevin Eubanks is one of the top guitarists on the scene today and is most recognized as the former bandleader for “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.” Influenced by everyone from jazz legend Wes Montgomery to rock icon Jimi Hendrix, Eubanks is widely considered one of the world’s most versatile musicians.
A strong advocate for music education, Kevin served as the Artistic Director of the Jazz In The Classroom Program for The Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz from 2010 - 2012, where he worked with young up-and-coming middle and high school musicians in the Los Angeles public schools.
