Jason Scott Merrells is an English actor. He is best known for portraying the roles of Matt Hawley in the BBC medical drama series Casualty (1994–1997), Gavin Ferraday in the BBC hairdressing drama series Cutting It (2002–2005), Jack Rimmer in the BBC school-based drama series Waterloo Road (2006–2008), and Declan Macey in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale (2010–2014).
