Jack McBrayer (/ m ə k ˈ b r eɪ. ər /; born May 27, 1973) is an American actor and comedian. He gained national exposure for his portrayal of characters on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and as Kenneth Parcell in 30 Rock.
Jack McBrayer is best known for playing Kenneth Parcell on 30 Rock, a role that earned him four Emmy nominations. He also voiced Fix-It Felix in Wreck-It Ralph and appeared in many other TV shows and movies.
