Phil Manzanera, pseudonimo di Philip Targett-Adams (Londra, 31 gennaio 1951), è un chitarrista rock britannico che è stato uno dei membri storici dei Roxy Music.Ha fondato i gruppi Quiet Sun e 801, oltre ad aver collaborato come solista e produttore con vari musicisti tra cui Steve Winwood, David Gilmour, John Cale, Godley & Creme, Nico, John Wetton, Brian Eno, Tim Finn e Robert Wyatt.
