27 de jul. de 2006 · Santana is always on fire as a musician, but here he reins it in so that the music veritably glows like molten lava.The last cut is quite long and here he it rips it up but in the style of Alice Coltrane, not Carlos Santana. This is Santana music unlike other Santana music you may know. It's a Santana between styles,searching out something new.
26 de oct. de 2006 · There is some great piano, but Carlos is definitely taking the stage with his guitar. Alice Coltrane's harp is beautiful, syncing perfectly in harmony with the orchestra. This song is beautiful. 'The Angel of Sunlight' starts pretty weird. Carlos Santana dominates, but some real odd stuff is going on in the background.
