Flatheads don’t venture far off the bottom unless they have to, so presenting your bait a turn or two off the river bed will give you the best chance of getting their attention.

Is there any itinerary with stopovers at points of interest and/or scenic places around Flathead Lake. Google search indicated towns to stop at, but I don’t want to spend time in towns. I just want to be around the lake and take in splendid views.
