Antonio Fargas is an American actor known for his roles in 1970s blaxploitation and comedy movies, as well as his portrayal as Huggy Bear in the 1970s TV series Starsky & Hutch. Huggy Bear is the streetwise primary confidential informant and good friend of David Starsky and Ken Hutchinson. He owns his own bar named Huggy's Bears, which eventually was named The Pits. Huggy lives in Bay City and is known to assist Starsky and Hutch in a variety of different cases.
