Holly Hunter (født 20. mars 1958 i Conyers i Georgia) er en amerikansk skuespiller. Hunter vant i 1993 Oscar for beste kvinnelige hovedrolle for rollen som Ada McGrath i filmen Piano og i 2003 var hun nominert i klassen beste kvinnelige birolle for rollen som Melanie Freeland i filmen Thirteen.
