Helen Parsons Smith (born Mary Helen Northrup, February 6, 1910 – July 27, 2003) was an American occultist, entrepreneur, book editor, and publisher.
It has been reported by the Caliphate that Helen Parsons Smith died on Sunday the 27th of July in 2003 E.V., shortly after her 93rd birthday, leaving behind her son Kwen Smith, his wife, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In 1933, Northrup's 22-year-old sister Helen met the 18-year-old Jack Parsons, a chemist who went on to be a noted expert in rocket propulsion. Jack Parsons was also an avid student and practitioner of the occult. Helen and Jack were engaged in July 1934 and married in April 1935.

Together with his first wife, Helen Northrup, Parsons joined the Agape Lodge, the Californian branch of Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.) in 1941. At Crowley's bidding, Parsons replaced Wilfred Talbot Smith as its leader in 1942 and ran the Lodge from his mansion on Orange
Mary Helen Northrup (February 6, 1910 – July 27, 2003) was the first wife of rocket engineer and occultist Jack Parsons. The pair were married from April 1935 until 1946. She was in a relationship with fellow Thelemite Wilfred Talbot Smith from 1942 until his death in 1957.
