Stephen "Stevie" Ray Vaughan (3. lokakuuta 1954 Dallas, Texas – 27. elokuuta 1990 East Troy, Wisconsin) oli yhdysvaltalainen blues-rock-kitaristi ja laulaja. En 1982 alcanzó la popularidad al presentarse en el festival de jazz de Montreux, una presentación que quedó para la historia de la música por lo fuerte que sonaba la banda y la energía que transmitía Stevie Ray Vaughan en el escenario, (te recomiendo ir a ver este show, que puedes encontrar aquí), aquella noche marcó un antes y un después en la carrera del guitarrista.
