Pardon my ignorance on the subject but I originally read the book 20+ years ago around the time it and Poe's Haunted came out. At that time, I had a CD with a few readings on it. It either came with the book or with the Haunted album. Can't remember which. I always assumed they were read by Mark but I am not sure.
