Harvey Brooks is the first bass guitarist of folk. Brooks rose to prominence while in the studio with Bob Dylan to record "Positively 4th Street", in addition to being featured on the rest of Dylan's landmark 1965 album Highway 61 Revisited and Dylan’s 1973 album New Morning.Brooks has also toured with Dylan at Forest Hills Tennis Stadium and the Hollywood Bowl.
