Its main purpose is to check that the School meets the National Minimum Standards for boarding schools and the standards set by the Department for Education for independent schools more generally.

Twenty-two Sixth-Form biologists joined 15,000 students from across the globe to take part in the Biology Olympiad with two Harrovians achieving gold and two-thirds bronze, silver or gold.
