Harold Cole is a macroeconomist who studies the Great Depression, efficient contracting models, and incomplete asset markets. He is the lead editor of the International Economic Review and a Fellow of the Econometric Society and the Society for the Advancement of Economic Theory. He has published two textbooks with Oxford University Press and received the Kravis Award for undergraduate teaching in 2015.
