The line, “One nation under a groove, getting down just for the funk of it,” is a parallel to the “One nation under God” phrase found in the Pledge of Allegiance. Funkadelic is effectively saying, “We are all one nation, and we come together through the power of music.”.

There seem to be three choices here (Greatest Funkin' Hits is a remix album, and Hardcore Jollies is on a label unknown to me and stole a title already in use by the Clinton family which is sus).In the end, the first seems to be the best choice. The others don't have too many more tracks (even though they were released in the CD era).
