Haofeng Xu. Writer: The Grandmaster. Born in 1973, Beijing, China, Xu Haofeng began learning martial arts when he was 14. He first started in Xingyi Quan, a martial arts style centered on bare-handed fighting. As he continued his study of martial arts, he entered Beijing Film Academy for film directing.
Xu Haofeng ( : 徐浩峰; born 27 January 1999) is a Chinese professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Chinese Super League club Shenzhen and the China national team . In July 2020, Xu was one of eight former Tianjin Tianhai players to sign with Shenzhen FC. [1]
The Master (released internationally as The Final Master) is a 2015 Chinese martial arts film written, co-produced, and directed by Xu Haofeng, about the last Wing Chun master's quest to pass down his art in pre-WWII China.
