Wilbur) awakening from a coma, 10 years after his 1978 killing spree in Haddonfield, Illinois, and returning home to kill his niece Jamie Lloyd ( Danielle Harris ), the daughter of Laurie Strode, with Sam Loomis ( Donald Pleasence) once more pursuing him.
The apparently comatose Michael Myers (George P. Wilbur) is being transferred from one hospital to another, but he wakes up when the ambulance crew talk about his surviving niece, Jamie...
But all good things must come to an end--Michael Myers has somehow awakened from his deep coma. This time, the unstoppable right hand of evil puts on his terrifying mask and returns home in Haddonfield, Illinois, on the hunt for his orphaned eight-year-old niece, Jamie: Laurie Strode's daughter.
