i was never a big fan of matthew sweet. when girlfriend came out i didnt care for it. this cd MADE me a fan. imo, this is his best work. it was a mistake to make this a promo only release. the only purchase i have ever made for matthew sweet, is to buy this album to replace one that was lost in a fire.
