Peter Edward ”Ginger” Baker (19. elokuuta 1939 Lewisham, Lontoo – 6. lokakuuta 2019 Canterbury, Kent) oli brittiläinen muusikko, joka nousi kansainväliseen maineeseen toimiessaan Cream-yhtyeen rumpalina vuosina 1966–1968.
