Geraldine McEwan ist in meinen Augen eine sehr gute Besetzung für die Rolle der Miss Marple: zwar nicht so draufgängerisch wie Margaret Rutherford, aber auch nicht so verhuscht wie Joan Hickson. Sie kommt der Miss Marple in den Büchern recht nahe.

Geraldine McEwan (née McKeown; 9 May 1932 – 30 January 2015) was an English actress. McEwan was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play in 1998 for her performance in The Chairs.
