Gerald Anthony Scarfe CBE (Londen, 1 juni 1936) is een Engels striptekenaar en illustrator. Hij werkte voor onder meer The Sunday Times en The New Yorker. Tevens ontwierp hij in opdracht van Pink Floyd de albumcover van The Wall en verzorgde de animatie in de gelijknamige film.

He is best known for his work with Pink Floyd, particularly on their 1979 album 'The Wall', its 1982 film adaption, Pink Floyd: The Wall (1982) (1982), and tour (1980-81), as well as the music video for "Welcome to the Machine".
