Georges Anderson Nderubumwe Rutaganda (Ngoma District, Ruanda 27 de noviembre de 1958 - Porto Novo, Benín 11 de octubre de 2010 [1] ) fue el segundo vicepresidente de Ruanda perteneciente a la milicia hutu Interahamwe durante el Genocidio de Ruanda.
Georges Anderson Nderubumwe Rutaganda (November 27, 1958 – October 11, 2010) was a Rwandan convicted war criminal and the second vice-president of the Rwandan Hutu militia Interahamwe. Rutaganda played a crucial role in the Rwandan genocide of 1994.
