George Gervin (Detroit, Míchigan; 27 de abril de 1952) es un exjugador de baloncesto estadounidense que jugó 10 temporadas en la NBA, 4 en la ABA y dos más en ligas europeas. Con 2,01 metros de altura, jugaba en la posición de escolta. Es hermano del también exjugador profesional Derrick Gervin.
George Gervin was a Hall of Fame shooting guard and small forward who played 14 years in the NBA and ABA. He won four scoring titles, two All-Star MVP awards, and was a member of the ABA All-Time Team and the NBA 75th Anniversary Team.
