George Costigan (born 29th August 1947) is an English actor who played Charlie Haynes in Emmerdale in 2010. Best known for playing Bob in the 1987 film Rita, Sue and Bob Too, he has also appeared in London's Burning, The Bill, Holby City, Vera, Dalziel and Pascoe, The Ruth Rendell Mysteries, The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, Casualty and New Tricks among others.
