George Timothy Clooney (født 6. maj 1961 i Lexington, Kentucky, USA) er en amerikansk skuespiller, instruktør og producer. Han fik sit gennembrud i TV-serien ER (Skadestuen, på dansk) i 1994–99.. Clooney bor fortsat i USA, men i 2001 købte skuespilleren en større luxuriøs villa midt i byen Laglio, helt nede ved bredden af Comosøen i Italien.
