Huge Wire fan, this thread just sold me on watching Deadwood, it sound amazing but now I’m curious on how Deadwood people feel about The Wire. For example, since I’ve seen The Wire, anyone that has seen it that I speak to agrees it is Top 5 TV shows all time (IMO), from the people I can convince to watch it that actually wind up watching, they’ll tell me how much they loved it after as well.
