Frank "Poncho" Sampedro - Les Paul Goldtop. "Poncho" Sampedro of Crazy Horse has for the most part used his 1952 Les Paul "Goldtop" since 1978. It is a very early model with no serial number, an old Gibson logo, no neck binding and P-90 pickups. The bridge and tailpiece have been replaced. "It was made for me. It's so worn and trashed.

Frank Sampedro. Nombre real: Manuel Francisco Sampedro De Victoria. Perfil: Born 1949 in West Virginia and raised in Detroit, later moved to California. He joined Crazy Horse in 1975, following the death in 1972 of Danny Whitten. Plays as rhythm guitarist and keyboards. Often listed with variations of 'Pancho' and 'Poncho' in his name.
