Haise was born in Mont-Saint-Aignan, Seine-Maritime. Managerial career. On 25 February 2020, Haise became the head coach of Lens, following the dismissal of Philippe Montanier. On 27 May 2023, he led Lens to win 3–0 against Ajaccio and qualify for the Champions League for the third time in their history after 1998–99 and 2002–03.
