16 de abr. de 2024 · The movie "Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children" is a sequel to the famous video game "Final Fantasy VII". It is a Japanese digital animation production directed by Tetsuya Nomura and Takeshi Nozue. The movie was originally released in 2005 and made its international debut at the Venice Film Festival.
Having watched both versions, I strongly recommend the Japanese OG over the English dub. Japanese, not even a question. I watched both versions in theaters a few months ago for Rebirth. The English voice acting in that movie is awful, holy shit.
I was not into this world back when the Advent Children movie came out. But what was the reception of it? Are people happy or mad to see potentially the remake trilogy leading into it?
